Most esteemed Game Masters!    This is Carnage – We go to 11!!!
 
It is time once again to turn your thoughts towards Carnage.   Granted November seems as if it is a whole year away.  But time will pass quickly.
As usual I will be accepting games from all periods of history.  I would like to have plenty of games to offer this year.   So what ever your favorite historical time period is to run it will be greatly accepted.   Land, Air, or Sea it makes no difference,  what do you want to provide to your fellow historical gamers?
 
For those of you who are interested you can check out the GM Challenge – Heavy Metal : Rock & Roll !!.   
As in the past it is not a requirement by any means.   However I think just about any game can fit into this.    
Those heavy metal cannons of the Old Guard,  or watch as the machine guns Rock & Roll on the beaches of Normandy.    
 
A few notes of interest to all.
Game submissions should be in by July 19th.   That is our target date this year.   I’ll remind everyone in advance.
 
Space issues.    Well  Carnage is growing every year.  That means more great games.  That means some of the time slots are starting to fill up past what we have physical space for.    Please make note of a change in the on-line GM submission form.   We are asking for GM’s to provide a first choice time slot and a second choice.    This will help us should a time slot become completely filled.   I might end up asking some GM’s if they can move their game to a different time slot.     Last year it was only the Saturday Afternoon slot that was completely filled.   But I hope you all will provide enough games so that we might have more slots completely filled.
 
Centuries of Conflict.   I have no information on this yet.   I do know it should be the 19th Century this year.
 
A new time slot.   This year we will be offering a split time slot on Sunday.   It will start at 10am and run until 2pm.    We are hopeful that this time slot might attract a few of you historical guys.   In the past I have had to twist some arms pretty hard to have any historical offerings on Sunday.   And I know a lot of people who attend Carnage need to get on the road home.    But we hope this slot might be of interest to some.    
 
I’m excited that with everyone’s help,  this will be the best Carnage yet.!
