If you’ve attended Carnage in the past three years, you are on the mailing list and will receive the book without doing anything further.
Otherwise, if you’re a first time GM or prospective conventioneer, you can request to receive the Carnage convention book, published annually a few months before November and sent via post. Doing so ensures you receive information about that year’s events in a timely fashion and may preregister for games.
